Refund Policy | Galaxy World Tours

This Refund Policy explains the cancellation, amendment, and refund rules for all cab and transportation services booked with Galaxy World Tour Taxi Services.
By booking a ride with us, you agree to the terms below.

General Refund Conditions

  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email to

  • Refund eligibility depends on:

    the type of ride booked (local/outstation),
    cancellation timing,
    driver assignment status,
    third-party partner rules (if applicable).
  • Refunds are processed within 7–21 working days to the original payment method.
  • Convenience fees, service charges, and GST/taxes are non-refundable.
  • Supplier/Driver Right to Deny Service:
No refund applies if service is denied due to:
  • wrong pickup address,
  • passenger misconduct,
  • carrying illegal items,

Cancellation & Refund Rules

Cancellation by Customer

  • Free cancellation if done before driver assignment.
  • Once a driver is assigned:
Cancellation charges may apply (₹50–₹200 depending on distance).
  • If the driver reaches the pickup location and you cancel, no refund is provided.

Ride Modifications

Changes to pickup time, route, or destination depend on driver and vehicle availability.

  • Requests made after driver dispatch may result in additional charges.
  • If changes are not possible, the original booking amount may become non-refundable.

Driver Cancellation
If a driver cancels due to operational issues:

  • A full refund will be provided, or
  • An alternate cab will be arranged (subject to availability).

  • The company is not responsible if the client fails to meet pickup conditions or violates safety guidelines.
  • Clients are advised to read all booking details and instructions before confirming a ride.
